Holly has become the third female to have been married. Her first marriage was with actor Danny Quinn. The couple was wed in 1991, and then divorced in 1993. The year 1994 was the first time she met Jim Carrey during auditions for Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. She did not get offered the role, however the two developed a relationship when they were working together for the shooting of Dumb and Dumber. The couple got married in 1996. Alaina Suddeth was born on September 8, 1994, from Rossville Georgia to Kristy Suddeth and J. J. Suddeth. The place she was born was Rossville, Georgia. Her father is a Chattanooga process engineer. The first time she sang in front of an audience was with a local kids singing group. Her next public appearances included a Christmas destination with karaoke. She performed in places like restaurants, churches, social gatherings with family, and all within 30 miles of her house. Alaina won in the Southern Stars Pageant talent contest when she was just 8 years old. Following that year, Alaina was selected to perform on the festival's Riverbend Kids talent stage. She performed there until she reached the age of 12 old when she was awarded an event that allowed her the opportunity to appear at the stage of the Riverbend Festival. In 2010, she went to Orlando, Florida to participate in the American Model and Talent Competition. The event was won by Alaina, who beat 1,500 other kids. Alaina sang as part of the Georgia Country Gospel Music association's Kids' Group. When she was 12 years old, Alaina made her first of many visits to Nashville.
